I’m Suzanne Alane Ruppert, founder of Saturday Supper.life™.

I believe women — and the communities where they gather — deserve more than content. We need connection. Experiences that invite reflection. Spaces where reading feels like home.

That belief is the heartbeat behind everything I create.

Saturday Supper.life™ is deeply inspired by my family gatherings across generations filled with bunches of love — tables where my grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles, siblings, cousins, children, and grandchildren gathered for reunion meals and stories that lingered long past dessert. Today, my two wonderful sons, beloved daughter-in-law, and the two joy-filled grandchildren who lovingly call me “Mimi” continue to shape the heart behind every collection I create.

My Calling

As founder and CEO, my mission is beautifully simple:
to create thoughtfully curated storytelling experiences that help women flourish within the communities where they gather.

With a background spanning strategic planning, storytelling, community engagement, education, nonprofit leadership, and the arts, I bring both professional expertise and personal care to every collection — so churches feel supported, communities feel connected, and women feel seen.

Before founding Saturday Supper.life™, I spent years leading mission-driven organizations across education, finance, nonprofit leadership, and the arts — bringing together storytelling, strategy, and human connection in meaningful ways.

I hold a B.A. in Business Management from Washington College and a professional certification in Museum Studies from Northwestern University.

But long before any title or credential, there was always a table, a story, and a deep belief that meaningful connection changes people.

From writing my first impact postcard at age six — campaigning to bring a Ronald McDonald backyard carnival to raise money for muscular dystrophy — to curating seasonal collections for churches today, the mission has remained the same:
